Sitting off Corbett Avenue this 10-plex building was constructed in 1929. The old-world charm is throughout with original hardwood floors, original hexagon tiling (in some units), original doors with the nobs, and original moldings with plastered walls. The building sits on a steep hillside which creates views from some units, although the same units also face a steep retaining wall on the West side of the building, which in turn blocks natural sunlight. As of summer 2011 the building sold from its longtime owner, Barry Russell, to a local property management company known as FMK Holdings, LLC. No contact information could be found at this time.
