Two years ago Nancy Bergeson - a former John's Landing resident - was found dead in her home. Bergeson was a federal public defender. Originally no fowl play was suspected, but an autopsy later reveled she was strangled.

Today, Portland Police and Bergeson’s family is spreaking out for any tips. Crimestoppers is offering $1,000 for a tip leading to an arrest. This past week marks the second anniversary without Bergeson. If you have any information please contact detective Michele Michaels at (503) 823-0692.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bergeson’s family and friends.
